In 1977, he opened a travel agency in Manhattan Beach, California, that specialized in Hawaii travel and was known as "The Hawaii Specialist." Now, as ALLHawaii.com's Director of Operations, Dougherty combines his acute knowledge of the travel industry with his equally acute knowledge of Hawaii's incredible assets.

Wendy Redman was born and raised in Honolulu. Her distinguished career has placed her with some of Hawaii’s finest lodging proprietors like InterIsland Resorts, Aston Hotels, Hawaiiana Resorts and Marc Resorts, as Vice President of Administration and Reservations. The multi-talented Ms. Redman is now ALLHawaii.com's Special Projects Manager. Her extensive knowledge of Hawaii, combined with her contacts and connections, is a huge benefit to ALLHawaii.com and every one of our cherished customers.

Laurie Tanuvasa is a proud Graduate of the Travel Industry Management School at the University of Hawaii, with a BA in Business Administration. For 16 years she has been the managing director of Creative Holidays, Hawaii's cruise and tour leader. She has also been instrumental in developing Premier Vacations, a successful Hawaii wholesale travel component operation.
