Sure—Add at least two nights of ALLHawaii.com lodging before or after your “Customer Provided Lodging” and you may purchase a ALLHawaii.com “Complete Package with Air.” For example: Your Complete Package with Air may have two nights lodging, rental vehicle for 9 days, round-trip airline reservations to/from the mainland and perhaps an inter-island flight.
How can I find out exactly what the rental vehicle and lodging is costing me each day/ night through ALLHawaii.com?

Which air carriers can I fly to Hawaii via ALLHawaii.com?
For transpacific flights, ALLHawaii.com exclusively offers American Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines from the U.S. mainland. For inter-island flights, we offer Hawaiian Airlines. Should you require the use of another air carrier, please feel free to book your airline reservations with the air carrier of your choice and book a Land-only Package with ALLHawaii.com.
Can I use frequent flyer miles?
Sure, but you must first make the airline reservations directly through the applicable frequent flyer program with which you are affiliated. We recommend that you hold the space and DO NOT TICKET until you book your ALLHawaii.com Land-only Package and submit your $135 deposit (per-booking, NOT per-person).
If I can get to Honolulu (HNL) from the U.S. mainland or any international point of origin, may I use ALLHawaii.com to fly around the Hawaiian Islands?
Yes—Providing you book at least two nights lodging through ALLHawaii.com and use our rental vehicle for your entire stay, you may book a Complete Package using “Hawaii/HNL” as your point of origin. Be sure to leave at least 90 minutes to transfer to/from your flights.
• If you are staying overnight in Oahu/HNL at the beginning or end of your visit, you must book a Land-only Package on Oahu (at least two nights) separate from the Complete Package to the other island(s).
• If you are flying in or out of any airport other than HNL from your point of origin, ALLHawaii.com cannot provide inter-island air, but you may book Land-only Packages.
Can I upgrade using my frequent flyer miles?
Since ALLHawaii.com acquires air through special contract fares, it is usually not possible to upgrade prior to checking in at the departure gate. Both American and Hawaiian have programs that, upon availability, offer the purchase of upgrades at the gate. Please check with the respective airline for details.
Can I obtain a printed quote from ALLHawaii.com?
Absolutely. Once you have completed your itinerary, just print out the itinerary page. You may also proceed to the page that collects passenger information, then scroll to the bottom and print out your quoted itinerary either by PDF (Adobe Acrobat) or standard format.
Is the price that appears on the quote guaranteed?
Nothing is guaranteed until you make a deposit. Although Land-only Package pricing is unlikely to change, if you don’t make a deposit today, airline pricing may change based on capacity control. Therefore, it is possible that what is available now, may be higher tomorrow or not available at all.
What is guaranteed at the point of submitting my deposit to ALLHawaii.com?
If you are purchasing a Complete Package (only $135 deposit per-paying-passenger), your air reservations, rental vehicle and lodging are guaranteed. If you are purchasing a Land-only Package (only $135 deposit per-booking), your rental vehicle and lodging is guaranteed. In the unlikely event that ALLHawaii.com cannot deliver the lodging you booked or a suitable and acceptable alternative, fully approved by you, 100% of your deposit will be refunded within 72 hours of notification. Should there be a problem securing lodging, our policy is to get back to you via e-mail or phone within the next 24 hours (Mon-Thu), or no later than Tuesday following a Friday-Sunday request.
Is my ALLHawaii.com package price guaranteed once I submit my deposit?
For the most part—Yes! Lodging and vehicle will not change, but occasionally airlines impose a fuel surcharge, other fees/surcharges or taxes for air travel after the initial air reservation is made. If so, ALLHawaii.com will inform you via e-mail and you will have the opportunity to pay the original price before the fee/surcharge/tax takes effect. Should you decide not to prepay to avoid the increase, the appropriate amount will automatically be added to your balance and displayed within the ALLHawaii.com system.
Is any part of my deposit refundable?
Yes. In the likely event ALLHawaii.com cannot deliver suitable and acceptable lodging that meets with your approval, 100% of your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations or changes made to a “Land-only Package” following submission of deposit, but PRIOR TO submission of full payment, are subject to a $35 per-booking penalty. In other words, you will receive a refund of $100 (per-booking) should you need to cancel. Cancellations or changes made to a “Complete Package with Air” following submission of deposit, but PRIOR TO submission of full payment, are subject to a $20 per-paying-passenger penalty. In other words, you will receive a refund of $115 per-paying-passenger should you need to cancel.
When do I make full payment or the balance of my payment?
If you are making a deposit anytime before 45 days prior to departure/check-in, you will automatically receive an ALLHawaii.com Payment Due e-mail 42 days prior to departure/check-in. You must submit the balance no later than 35 days prior to departure/check-in. If you do not submit full payment by 35 days prior to departure/check-in, your booking will be cancelled within 48 hours and the appropriate refund will be processed, as set forth above. If you are booking within 42 days, you must submit the balance within 4 days of submitting your deposit.
Should I have to cancel after submitting full payment, what can I expect to receive in the way of refunds?
That really depends on when you cancel. As you can tell from our pricing, ALLHawaii.com is extremely consumer-friendly and ALLways puts your best interest and repeat business at the top of our list. Please remember, once ALLHawaii.com tickets your airline reservation (upon your submission of full payment), there is a mandatory cancellation and/or change fee imposed by the airlines ($145 per-paying-passenger). Most lodging suppliers have a 3-day cancellation penalty, but a handful of suppliers have a 7- or 14-day cancellation penalty. Therefore, if you cancel a “Complete Package with Air” five days prior to your trip and the lodging supplier has a 3-day cancellation penalty, you will have your full payment refunded less $145 per-paying-passenger for the airline penalty. If you cancel two days prior, you will have your full payment refunded less $145 per-paying-passenger for the airline penalty + the penalty imposed by the lodging supplier. The lodging penalty goes into effect at 3:00pm HT (Hawaii Time), 3-, 7- or 14-days (according to the supplier) prior to check-in.
How and when will I receive my travel documents?
Technically, there are no travel documents with ALLHawaii.com’s e-ticket and voucherless travel. Your travel document(s) is the itinerary that appears via PDF (Adobe Acrobat) or standard format once you have submitted Final Payment. You may also login to your booking at any time by following the instructions on ALLHawaii.com and the e-mails we send to you. While you will have a printed itinerary, all flights are accessed through e-ticket (name and photo ID are the only items required at check-in). All lodging and vehicles are accessed by name and through your ALLHawaii.com Vacation ID# on the itinerary.
Exactly what appears on our itinerary?
A number of important items! First and foremost, everything necessary to access the travel components purchased within your ALLHawaii.com package. You will also receive directions to air, vehicle and lodging check-in as well as Terms & Conditions for each of your ALLHawaii.com travel components.
