Among the best Kona properties, actually located at Keauhou Bay, are Kona Coast Resort, with its premium kitchens and baths, and Holua Resort at Mauna Loa Village, with its colorful designer appointments. Due to their outstanding value, space can be hard to come by at both locations and if you find it, book it!

Two other Kona condo/villa value leaders are two oceanfront enclaves on the rocky shoreline just south of Kona on Ali’i Drive.
