Boutique Condo/Suites in Waikiki
On the curve of Beachwalk Street just a short block from DeRussy Park and Waikiki Beach is a charmingly typical urban edifice with some fine one- and two-bedroom condo accommodations. Marc Waikiki Royal Suites also delivers a sensational value at its convenient location.
To guests, this nine-floor, 47-unit property much more closely resembles a boutique hotel than a condominium. There are no amenities to speak of, just a great location for accessing all that Waikiki has to offer, as well as the beach and park. Three terrific restaurants (sushi, Japanese noodle house and Italian) have street frontage in the building and dozens of other dining options are within two blocks.
The one- and two-bedroom suites are either Deluxe or Deluxe Partial Ocean View. ALLHawaii.com only offers the Deluxe Partial Ocean View, which are on higher floors and have all been delightfully refurbished and eminently comfortable. Each unit is air- conditioned and feature a large fully equipped kitchen, extremely spacious lanai (balcony) and one full bath (even in the two bedrooms). Daily maid service is provided as is a coin-operated laundry and on-premise or next-door parking.
Marc Waikiki Royal Suites is truly a hidden gem in the small niche of condo and boutique accommodations and is worthy of serious consideration for those who desire clean, spacious accommodations at a great price.

Aston Pacific Monarch
Ocean View Condo Tower
My goal for ALLHawaii.com in Waikiki was to present one condo-style property (not easy to find) in each of our four major categories and the Aston Pacific Monarch is certainly the price leader and a fine value.
Located smack in the middle of the Waikiki action with plenty of indoor parking ($10 daily) and a couple of blocks from everything—the 216-unit Aston Pacific Monarch gets my attention. The 34-story tower offers studios and one-bedrooms with some sensational views and a rooftop recreation area that includes pool, jet-spa, sauna and lounge.
All studios have complete kitchenettes and one-bedrooms have full kitchens. Each unit type has three views—City/Partial Ocean/Ocean, but I have crafted our offerings in the two upper categories only for the best look at the ocean and other impressive sights up and down Waikiki. All units have private lanai (patio/balcony). Fifth night is ALLways free.
